Data Deletion Requests

How to request deletion

Preferred method: submit directly at /account/delete after signing in.

You can also send a request to support@pghwarriorhockey.org from the email associated with your account.

What to include

Include your full name, account email, and whether you want account deactivation only or full data deletion where legally permitted.

Processing timeline

We review identity and process valid requests as quickly as possible. Some records may be retained as required for legal, financial, safety, or audit obligations.
