Media Consent Policy

Effective date: March 4, 2026

Purpose

We use photos and videos to document team activities, celebrate achievements, and support nonprofit outreach and fundraising.

Consent expectations

By participating in club events, members acknowledge that event media may be captured for official Warriors use unless a documented opt-out is on file.

Opt-out requests

Contact support@pghwarriorhockey.org to request media restrictions. We will make reasonable operational efforts to honor approved requests.

Third-party sharing

We may share selected media with trusted partners, sponsors, and platforms for mission-aligned communications.

Removal requests

If a published image or clip should be reviewed for removal, send the URL and reason to support.
